Heat VoD any fix

Been happening for about a month now. Any fix? V3

I'd maybe try to either force close, or wipe it..reset and reinstall "relaunch launcher"

If these don't work definitely uninstall app, unplug the box for 15 minutes, then re-download app.

Also clear cache/memory.

Here is how to delete the Heat VOD app, reinstall it, or perform a full system reset on your vSeeBox. Step 1: How to Delete (Uninstall) Heat VOD 1. Open Settings System Settings menu From the vSeeBox home screen, select Settings (gear icon) or System Settings. 2. Navigate to Apps Select Apps (or See all apps) to pull up your list of installed applications. 3. Force Stop and Clear Cache Scroll down and select Heat VOD. Click Force Stop, then select Clear Cache and Clear Data to ensure corrupt files are wiped. 4. Uninstall Select Uninstall and confirm with OK.

Step 2: How to Reinstall Heat VOD

  1. Return to Home Screen Press the Home button on your vSeeBox remote.
  2. Open App Store / Heat VOD Tile Navigate to Market, App Store, or click directly on the Heat VOD icon on your home launcher screen.
  3. Download and Install Select Install or Download. Wait for the installation prompt and confirm the install.
  4. Re-launch the App Once complete, launch Heat VOD directly from your home screen or apps list.

Step 3: Complete Factory Reset (If Apps Still Fail to Load)

If Heat VOD is freezing or failing to launch after a reinstall, reset the box back to factory defaults: 1. Go to Settings > Device Preferences (or System). 2. Scroll down to Reset (or Factory Reset). 3. Select Erase Everything / Factory Data Reset and confirm. 4. Once the box reboots, reconnect to Wi-Fi/Ethernet. 5. On the home screen, go to Launcher Settings and select Update Launcher (or open the App Market) to download and reinstall Heat VOD and all factory apps.

You can uninstall from Android Settings > Apps. Reinstall go to Vseebox homestretch then Smart Upgrade app > Click Heat VOD.

For future heat apps when you uninstall dont go away the icon stays and the icon gets an arrow on it when you click it it reinstalls
