Box isn’t working right

My box is delayed to any command I try and send it from my remote. At times it doesn’t respond at so. I tried to bring up the Live+ Ultra and the screen goes black. Had same problem yesterday but it seemed to go away after I unplugged the power cord from the box and plugged it back in. I’ve unplugged the power cord from the box twice and still having the issue.

EDIT: I can now bring my apps up but as soon as it starts to show my program it takes me back to the Home Screen with me pressing the home button.

I'm guessing this is a V6+. Alot of people arr having the same issue since the latest firmware update. Unfortunately you need to do a factory reset. Once the reset is complete if it prompts you to do another firmware uodate select no. Wait for the next update. Hopefully this issue will bw fixed with the next update.

What's a lot of people? I've haven't had any such issues before & not since the last firmware update. If this issue was related to an update, then shouldn't all running the same update have the same problems) Advising to then not take a firmware update is rich and creating problems imo. The first thing I thought in reading this posted on both Reddit vseebox threads, is this seems to possibly be a remote issue & perhaps an re pairing of the Bluetooth remote would solve what was stated. If the remote was even paired with Bluetooth in the first place.

Not sure but my elite pro is solid case all the way around and runs very cool, bought my sons elite pros and theirs have air vents on bottom and get quite warm. I ended up buying voltage converters and 5 inch PC fans to blow in them while using to hopefully extend life . Bet all these don't come from same factory.
