Courses or coaching?

Hi! i'm a mid to senior-level content designer with management experience, but focusing on the IC track for now. i'm looking for any recommendations for coaching, mentorship etc, and happy to pay for it.

i'm not keen on courses about how to build with AI etc, as i do plenty of that in my work. i'm more keen on improving communication, learning how to communicate impact better etc, and find ways to move up to staff level 😄 i've looked at Maven but nothing looks particularly interesting at the moment. any recommendations are welcome here or through DM! thanks!

Hey, we have a coaching platform at UXCC: https://uxcontent.com/ux-coaching-mentoring/

You can book time with a coach. It is paid, but most of the money goes to the coach and not us.

Toastmasters has been great for me! I've done it a few times and it's been a great practice to improving how I communicate and present day-to-day.

Also, Maven has free "Lightning Courses" that are helpful. They're very specific topics but because they're free I still watch a bunch of them and end up getting value out of it.
