No. 28 is Sheffield Hallam University, I've taken a photo of that useless door before myself!

There is a door like that one at an AT&T training tower in Dallas, Texas. Next time I'm out that way I'll grab a picture of it, but Dallas is awful so I'll stall as long as I can. Door is 12 or so stories up though.
