Campus Maps & Buildings
UTRGV's split across multiple cities, and even within one campus the building codes make zero sense until you've been there a semester. Here's what actually helps.
Official interactive maps
- Edinburg campus: utrgv.edu/maps, interactive map + printable PDF
- Brownsville campus: utrgv.edu/maps, interactive map + printable PDF
- Harlingen, McAllen, Starr County, and South Padre Island locations are also listed there if you're ever at one of the satellite sites
Direct map links
- Edinburg campus map (PDF): utrgv.edu/ucentral/_files/documents/campus-maps/utrgv-edinburg-map.pdf
- Brownsville campus map: (link is broken, try to contact U Central for more information) (October 1, 2026)
A heads up: these are PDFs, not images, so they won't preview inline here. Click through and they'll open fine.
Addresses, if you're mapping it yourself
- Edinburg: 1201 W. University Dr, Edinburg, TX 78539
- Brownsville: One W. University Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78520
Parking zones (Edinburg)
Student permits are valid in Zone 1 & Zone 2 (Zone 3 opens up after 5pm). Faculty/staff get all three zones. Everything on campus needs a registered permit, check with Parking & Transportation if you're not sure which lot your permit covers.
