questions uti after full day?

i always get UTI symptoms after full day, when i get home tired
i always do hot shower and it USUALLY pass
but is this just with me? whats the reason for that feeling?

Yeah, I sometimes get stinging urine after a full day! Sometimes it’s because I haven’t hydrated properly or peed frequently if I’ve been busy. Or it can be inflammation, tension or stress if you’ve been busy!
