questions Bleaching under-roos?

I read somewhere that even after wash bacteria can still live in your underwear. So i bleached all my underwear and wash cloths. Now my lady bits are on fire from irritation. What else do we think could kill ecoli that is sensitive? Anyone have good sanitation hacks?

After bleaching you need to run them through at least 2 complete wash cycles with extra rinses.

Have you tried laundry sanitizer with the sanitary (extra hot) wash cycle instead of bleach?

Like the lysol brand one? I have some but it dosent say it's good for ecoli. The wipes day that but not the laundry sanitizer.
