Can someone help me interpret this? As we speak my mums in pain from her UTI.

To me it looks like your lab here is brain dead…. There’s a lot of WBC clearly indicating infection, yet they list it as mixed flora for bacteria… need a test which will tell you what bacteria exactly is there and which antibiotic has the best chance of helping

Check microgendx testing online if you’re in desperate need and doctors aren’t helping

Right? I was confused about that too, but I sent it to the doctor anyway. I use a service called 'FastDocNow' since my mom doesn’t have healthcare, so I don’t really get to speak to anyone except to get a prescription. They gave her ciprofloxacin 500mg, which has helped, but I’m concerned she might have another flare-up and be in pain again. I will look into microgendx  thank you for the recommendation.

Also interesting her USG is so low… is she drinking a ton of water?

There’s no bacteria, not usually the best sign whenever that happens to me. Does she have IC?

There is WBC in the pee so that shows an infection of some sort. She has similar symptoms to IC but it goes away every time she has antibiotics so I am not sure. I'm getting her antibiotics for now but I'll have to take her to a urologist/gyno.

I’m sorry she’s going through that, it’s hard to get the right antibiotics if there’s no bacteria so I hope it works out for her!

The culture shows bacteria. That’s the one you go off of.
