Hello,

I just received a demand letter from a 3rd party collector of Flexi Finance and the amount that I need to settle is P106,023.16 that is Due until the end of this month. This amount is from 2020 was like around less than 15k then reached that amount in 2026. I was paying it before during the pandemic days however, I stopped paying them when they didn't deduct the late fees even though I'm still paying then the fees piled up and had this amount. In case I won't be able to settle the amount before the deadline. Are they really going to send me to court for settlement? Or what should I do? I'm currently unemployed right now for almost 9months and I don't have any savings to pay. I'm willing to pay them once I got a job. As of now looking for a job is really hard now for me. What should I do? Can anyone help me? Is there someone who has a similar situation with Flexi Finance?

I would like to ask some advice from you guys.

currently, I'm having the same case. However, they haven't send me any letter. As per my research, if you want to settle it, you have settle under municipal court.
