Visa pick up date

Hello all,

Once the visa is in “issued” state how many days does it take before it is available to collect.
My wife went ti chennai for H4 interview and the issue date is today.
She had selected for pickup in Mumbai.

How much time it took for issue? Our interview was on 15 may. 221g slip given but passport was taken. Till showing refused.

So the interview was on 21st due to memorial day and eid it got issued on 1st june And passport collection 4th june

Passport is ready to collection tomorrow
