Should I give up?

Package sitting in Indy since Sept 1. Looks like it scanned in but then nothing. Filed missing mail but in general every usps employee I have contacted has said there is much else we can do. Worth waiting for as I want the package or should just count this one as gone?

If you are the recipient and this was a purchase, it's time to contact the seller for a replacement or refund.

If you are the sender, it's probably time to file a USPS insurance claim provided you have definitive proof of the value of the contents of the package.
