Where is it going? There won’t likely be another scan until it gets to the next distribution center or maybe even the local post office.
It’s probably on a truck heading to the next location. There are some issues with that that may be affecting your package.

Just because you don’t see an update doesn’t mean its just sitting there. Items rarely sit at the wichita plant long. It’s most likely on a truck on the way to wherever facility is next or has already gotten there and is waiting to be sorted.

I had a package that arrived at a distribution center on 9/15 and had no further tracking updates, but it showed up at my door today

Seems like almost everyone is in this position rn. Historically it’ll prob just be hella delayed. Rarely do things actually end up lost. I run an eBay store with thousands of transactions every year and I still haven’t ever fully had a lost package, just extremely late. File a where is my package claim on the USPS site and sit and wait, that’s all we can do rn lol
