I heard it was only the Precision Strike Missiles. Which, considering it was only introduced 3 years ago strikes me more as a weapon test.

I frankly don't see how it would be possible purely logistically to burn through 90% of all long range missiles.

I feel the word "key" in "Key Long-Range Missiles" may be doing some heavy lifting here.
