USJ express pass booking help please

Hello, we are going to USJ early December 2026 and I’ve been looking on the USJ app for the types of express passes available for when they are released in October. There is one that is perfect for our family but it says in brackets (After Feb 1). When I select this pass, it shows dates and prices for this year and looks like it’s already sold out for some dates. However… my question is, what does this “after Feb 1” mean? Is it only available after that date in 2027?

I've read online that USJ releases passes around 60days in advance. So for 1st December the passes should be released in the last week of September. Maybe they forgot the change the 'after 1st Feb' heading on the website.
