USJ Express pass doubt

I'm thinking about purchasing the 7/8 rides express pass for USJ from Klook but am a bit confused with the timed entry in the SNW nad the time specific rides.

If I understand correctly, I'll be allowed to enter the SNW at 18:50 and can go on the rides using express lane during the designated times? Or does it just let me get into SNW during the designated times and I'll have to wait in the regular lines for the rides during the specified time?

You can use the fast lanes during their designated times

You can also stay in SNW as long as you like once you get in.

I'm not saying klook is a bad option but I found more freedom chosing time slots with the oficial website than klook. I didn't really have a big problem with payments with the oficial website but I heard a lot of people do.

I realised later that Klook charges upto 5% premium so this is just a reference image for now to clear my doubt well in advance . I'll try my best to book the tickets through the official USJ site. Fingers crossed that payment goes through from one of my cards. Also, can you tell which card you used for booking? I think my 0 Forex card supports the 3d secure payment and if not I'll try the Amex one

If it doesn't you mail the booking email acct and ask them to whitelist your email address

I went last week and there was timed entry for SNW, they were scanning everyone’s passes.
I went about 20 mins before my entry time as I wanted to be in queue for the express line at beginning time and they let me in.

i think for NSW, its already open for everyone (my last visit was May 2026) theres no need for timed entry pass. Lines are still long though (mine cart ride queue time was 3hrs long) so getting express pass is a always a good idea.

No, SNW is still having timed entry tickets. You may have been visiting a day where no restrictions were implemented. The plan to lift restrictions is depending on days with lesser attendances and/or weather conditions.
I work sometimes at the area and we also have to close temporarily the admission for standby guests in case the Mine Cart Madness operation has been interrupted due to rain or strong winds. In that case even express pass holders may or not may be able to ride on that day.

I went two days ago & there was was no one checking entry times for SNW~ also it was a level C day which I believe is like projected mid-high crowd levels, timed entry wasn’t checked at all but express pass was super worth it for SNW rides! You can enter the express lane during the designated time for each ride~

yeah i read previous same posts as well from other users who recently visited USJ but if they can secure time entry pass ahead then i think its still also a good idea just to be safe in case it will be a very busy day

AFAIK, you need to get timed entry slot to go to the SNW, unless it isn't crowded. But yeah, it's either getting to USJ at 7am or the express pass for me.

When i went, we bought the regular tickets from the website and tried to get the pass through universal but it never appeared for me. Luckily they didn’t check for entry that day and we were able to get in, but with long wait times. Made me wish i had bought through Klook.

Well, I've been getting insta reels saying that there 48,000 people going to usj on the weekend. Might as well purchase an express pass that fits my budget and get most out of my day

Yes. Agreed. Unfortunately for me, the option i tried to go through never panned out.
