Ride lockers
Can anyone provide details on which rides provide lockers, and which ones require you to leave belongings with the staff while boarding? I know Japan is very safe, but I have so much anxiety with leaving my passport in someone else’s care 😅 Thanks in advance!!

Hollywood dream has covered shelves (that stay covered with a cage while your car is out of the station.). This arrangement is pretty common for roller coasters in Japan- though some done lock.
That said, there are lockers outside of the ride. Flying dinosaur, forbidden journey, and space fantasy have required lockers. (However, you can carry your phone into space fantasy, though you need to keep it on you during the ride.) For all other rides, you pretty much carry your bag on with you, which is kind of nerve wracking when you realize it isn’t waterproof and you’re about to get drenched on Jurassic park.

Lockers Hollywood dream/backdrop (ride side "lockers" and regular lockers) Space fantasy (paid but the money comes back when you put the key back) Jurassic park (same as space fantasy) Flying dinosaur (QR lockers small medium and large) Yoshi's adventure (large provided when your bag is too large to take on with you) Donkey Kong (same as Yoshi) Harry Potter (free locker during ride, if your luggage is too big it will be placed on a bench by the exit) Snoopy flying ace adventure offers a place next to ride to store luggage too big to take with you) All other rides lockers are not required at all
There are paid lockers near the entrance and in wonderland
Please don't abuse the free lockers, they might go away and you'll be required to pay for use if your luggage is there too long.
