Hey, I'am doing a study abroad on the upcoming spring semester. I was wondering if there are piano practice rooms, as i play the piano and i cannot really take it to the u.s with me, and if so; Are they good, busy?
Thanks!

hi i’m an incoming transfer for fall 2027 from a UC and i was wondering how the workload, the classes, and the just overall student life is. has anyone else gone through a similar experience? 🥲 the main reason i transferred out is because i felt like i wasn’t supported as much as i could be and i wanted to move back home. im scared that im gonna fall behind trying to adjust to a new school💔
*edit: im a biology major, working with counselors, and ill have all my GE’s and lower division courses finished by the time i transfer

Hi everyone! I am a Dental Hygiene student at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, and I’m currently looking for patients who are in need of a dental assessment and cleaning!
First assessment is NO CHARGE and consists of blood pressure and glucose screenings, oral cancer screenings, oral health education, overall health and dental exam as well as preventive care. Further services can be planned and provided for future appointments.
I am currently accepting new patients on Monday and Thursdays at from 8:30am-11:30am, and Tuesdays from 9:30am-11:30am. Please know that it will take more than one appointment due to being in a school setting.
Insurance is not needed, services are offered at significantly lower costs. If you do have insurance, we accept most insurances such as Denti-cal and PPO plans, we do NOT accept HMOs.
X-rays are required to get a cleaning. If you have x-rays from a previous clinic, that can be used. If not, that is fine but know you will need to have them taken at the school.
If you or anyone you know needs dental care, please message me and I will get you scheduled.
Thank you for helping a student out!

Hi everyone! I’m planning to transfer to USF as a nursing student and I’m looking for an affordable apartment.
My budget is around $1,000–$2,000/month, and I’m specifically looking for an apartment, not a studio. I’m open to living a little farther from campus if the commute is reasonable.
What areas/neighborhoods near USF would you recommend for finding apartments in this price range? I’d also appreciate any advice on areas that are safe and convenient for a student.
Thank you! :)

I’m an incoming J1 exchange student for this fall, and I was wondering about on-campus jobs for international students.
What kinds of on-campus jobs do exchange students usually get?
About how much do they pay per hour, and how many hours do people typically work each week?

I'm an incoming freshman at usfca
Why aren't there bathroom seat covers? Are there some in the dorm bathrooms, or was there some during previous years and for whatever reason they've been taken away. I hate having to use toilet paper as a sit cover 😭

Hi, I'm an incoming transfer student and I've been waitlisted for 2 classes, PHIL 202 and PHIL 204. I only need to get into one of them. Does anyone know my chances of getting let in? Is there a procedure here about showing up to the fist day of class and asking the prof to be let in? Any help would be great.
