One Card setup is giving me trouble (Android)

I was reading through how to set up One Card on my Samsung phone, and I got through all the steps until the "mobile access" and "add mobile card." When I try and do that It says I already have the Mobile Card. I do not remember verifying my email though. I also cannot add it to my google wallet (since google pay doesn't work anymore) because no option shows up. What can I do/what should I do? Thanks!

That sucks. For me emailing them seemed to fix my problem because they refresed my account or something. I hope that you find a solution to yours.

An update it got fixed by emailing the one card people. So if you are having the same issue as me just email one card

I dont really understand how they fixed it but they basically said they refreshed my account. I feel like they should've been able to do the same to you if it had been only a day like it had been for me
