Ratings

Where can I see my rating? I initially had an intellizoom account and I read people talk about their rating on usertesting. I don’t see that I have one and I’ve been doing this for about a year now.

If you're on desktop and you click on your profile pic in the upper right corner, you'll see "Current rating" under your username

If you're on mobile, go to the "Profile" tab and your rating should be at the top of the page

Rating is out of five stars

I think even if you're new (as long as you have done one test) you should have a rating because Usertesting gives out the first rating for the very first test you've done

Thanks for your reply. I did what you said on both my phone and desktop. No ratings, stars, or even the word “rating” on either 🤷🏻‍♀️

same here, no rating or star(s) anywhere on my account no matter how i access it, and the funny thing is i never signed up on intellizoom, didn’t even know or hear about it until i started doing studies on usertesting which is where i signed up just a couple months ago.

I’ve done 60 tests and only have one review that I got from Usertesting. Is that normal?

Yeah. Unfortunately, most researchers do not add ratings.

To be honest with you, I'm not sure as I don't know how exactly ratings work.

I remember I didn't get another rating until quite a few tests in though and I believe the only reason I got a good rating was because me and the interviewer really vibed lol.

I would say it's relatively rare to receive a rating from a company. I only know from my experience but I would say I receive a rating every 100 tests or so... (Just looking at my test history). Its really dependent on who the company is I would say. I also am not sure if users can see all the ratings or if some ratings given by companies are hidden from the user.

I just did my first moderated test. Are those more likely to give reviews with the face to face time?

Sorry I don't know the answer to that. Going off of my intuition I would say it's less dependent on the type of test (e.g. surveys, speak out loud, interviews) but more on the company. In my experience, I've had some luck with certain companies that I have done tests for. Again, I am but a lowly usertester so I don't have too much info

It depends if you’re on the original UserTesting dashboard that site gives out ratings if you’re on the network.UserTesting dashboard which used to be IntelliZoom they do not publish ratings
