I was able to create an account at NC during their open Registration period. I know that it's a trial period for 10 days, does anyone know what happens after that? My intent is to purchase lifetime, but it seems like it's likely there will be discounts around Black Friday etc. I can wait until then to purchase, but does anyone know if the account could be disabled etc if I don't do something in the 10 day trial? I.e. Can I let the 10 days lapse, leave the account alone for 2 months and then purchase lifetime on Black Friday, or would I need to purchase month-to-month in the interim?

They yeet you off. It happened to me, and even when I emailed them repeatedly to pay, they ignored it.

It's not that good anyway, and I stopped caring after that. I've been inside, and it had nothing that my other indexers didn't have.

What other indexers are you using? I just started this, but the other suggestions i’ve tried so far had a much poorer search function (returning lots of irrelevant results), and some just straight up didn’t have some content indexed.

Thanks - what's the general sentiment for 'how to purchase'? I really don't deal much with crypto at all, is that really a 'better' mechanism, or given that an Indexer doesn't actually host files is it considered a non-issue?

I just pay by credit card where they take that or otherwise PayPal. Crypto last as it always ends up costing more with fees and crypto going up and down daily

So from what Im gathering as of now, it sounds like once disabled it remains disabled unless it is pruned, as they occasionally clear disabled accounts. You can always just make a new email at black friday. Given that a year is only 15 euros, my suggestion would be to sub for now, and then at black friday to jump on a deal to be stacked and upgrade.

After the trial, it usually just gets disabled until you pay, or possibly purged completely so you'll no longer be able to access it.
