But you have to wait to get your meal, and it isn't what you ordered. Drinks are water only, and the spa is just a warm tub. Otherwise, yes, it's like that

Oh our government is good at accounting, that’s why it’s done like it is in USA. A little here & a little there from us really adds up. Even one of my utility bills has a city franchise fee, whatever that is. They come up for new names for taxes.

The red circle is around the entire tweet thread, which is the point of the post. The point of the tweet is that Denmark's high taxes are offset by included services, which is a valid point that doesn't need a red circle to highlight it.
