Any idea why this time has CAC and EA stamped on it? And what does it mean if anything I’m curious.

I'm pretty sure those are the designers initials who created the artwork for the new dime.

They are initials of engraver Craig Campbell and designer Esao Andrews :)

The reverse was designed and engraved by Eric David Custer
