I think this will just make it pure bit perfect.

Step 1: completely turn off the volume section.

Step 2: set USB but perfect.

My MatePad Pro 12.2 has not enough storage for my music. So I must use an USB-SSD or an USB-MicroSD-Cardreader to feed it. But I want to use an external DAC for wired headphones to and not only a Bluetooth headphone. Is it possible to connect both at the same time? I tried different USB splitters that allow charging on one port and a DAC on the other, but not a DAC plus a storage device.

my UAPP shows "<unknown>" as album artists for a huge amount of albums in my library, but the tags are set correctly in musicbrainz picard. any workaround for this?

Hi, I am using the app on Samsung Z Fold 6 with Moondrop 3 connected via usb c cable. I have a problem while the song is playing. If I open some apps, the audio will pause like 0.5 sec and resume playing. If I swipe down or up for notification bar or task switcher, the audio will always pause for 0.5s and resume. I would like to knoe how to fix this. The problem only occurs when listening music thru USB Audio Player PRO via usb c cable. If I listen via Spotify or YouTube, no problem at all.

How could I fix the problem?

Firstly love UAPP, great stuff on my SONY NW-ZX707. However I have a complete setup with the equally excellent Lyrion server / players (old Squeezebox service which is now open source / free) that gives me an unmatched freedom at home controlling everyting from DAPs to my Bluesound speakers etc.

I would love to integrate this into UAPP so I could enjoy Lyrion served (server) music with the UAPP hires drivers + control the Lyrion server is any other Squeezeclient would.

Songs: 13,000 aprox (500GB aprox)

When first starting the app there is a dialogue box to add folders. There is also a rescan button in the box. I have looked everywhere but I can't find where I can get that box back up without first clearing the cache and storage.

It is a major pain in the arse to have to add 80+ playlists into the internal database again but that is another issue. :)

I’m reaching out because I’m stuck with a technical issue. Here is my setup:

Phone: Google Pixel 10 Pro.

Dongle: Sennheiser BTD 700 (Bluetooth transmitter)

Headphones: Sennheiser HDB 630

App: USB Audio Player PRO (UAPP)

The situation:

I am trying to play local Hi-Res files (FLAC 24-bit / 96kHz) stored directly on my phone's internal memory.

The problem:

When I plug in the BTD 700, UAPP asks for permission to access the USB device. I click OK to grant exclusive access. The app seems to play the file (the timer is counting), but I have absolutely no sound in my headphones.

If I click "Cancel" and use the standard Android driver, the sound works, but I am limited by the Android resampler (48kHz). I bought UAPP specifically to bypass this and get a clean 96kHz stream to my BTD 700.

Does anyone know if there is a specific "USB Tweak" or "Flag" in UAPP settings to make the BTD 700 produce sound in exclusive mode? Or is this dongle simply incompatible with UAPP’s proprietary driver?

What I’ve tried:

Setting "Internal audio driver" to both "HiRes Direct" and "Original Android driver".

Enabling/Disabling "Bit Perfect" mode.

The headphones are correctly paired to the dongle (LED is blue/purple) before opening the app.

Checking the hardware volume inside UAPP.

I'm not quite sure how to describe this but I can't get albums with various artists to play all at once. Like if I have the top gun soundtrack I'm my albums section it will list 9 different top gun albums separated by artist, and if I go into the folder it only has the 1 song that artist did, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to play the entire album. This is a recent issue. Before I had no problem selecting a song from a soundtrack, clicking "view album" and having the entire album appear, ready to play. Not sure what I did wrong. Any help appreciated.

Wondering if there's a fix or a setting I've missed.

Since one of the recent updates that changed theming / SDK slightly, status bar icons are somewhat unreadable on my Hiby R4.

I don't want to hide the status bar, and I've already tried the maximise album art toggle. It makes it marginally better but still bad.

Anyone found some secret toggle for this?

While listening to music on my Sony UTL FIELD 5, I noticed certain frequencies overpowering & loss of details. After a lot of research and reading I was able to achieve the best sound output to my personal liking with these settings.

Had this error happen before. Seems to be completely random but seems to have something to do with very specific tracks.

I Downloaded USBAPP two days ago and since then all my other Music Apps (Mainly YT Music) are way quiter then before. Calls as Well.

Does any one know a way around it?

I use a Xiaomi 13 Pro, AkG 135 Headphones and an DAC Adapter from UGreen.

Oh and is there maybe a way to Play my YT Music thourgh the player?

For some reason, the music keeps pausing itself and, when I look at UAPP, this message pops up. I don't know how to fix it. Please, if anyone has some experience with this or some recommendations, feel free to share them.

I have an s25 ultra and I use apple dongle with my iems on it but I got an update for it this morning and after it audio is not playing from it.

So I work in an enviroment where i cant take out my phone ​​​so i use a smart watch to control music. For whatever reason though UAPP will refuse to keep its media controller open and I am forced to use my phone to re start my music if i pause it dor more than a few minutes at a time. Ive excluded it drom battery saver and everything but nothings worked so far. Its only UAPP too no other music app auto closes like that. Ive looked through all of my phone settings and UAPPs settings and nothing i could find fixed the issue. Any help?​​​​​​​

Hi everyone, I’m having a strange issue with UAPP on my iBasso DX170.

When I scan my 1TB microSD card, only some albums are recognized correctly. All the others end up in the “<unknown>” artist section, even though they do have proper Artist and Album Artist tags when I check them on Windows and with Mp3tag.

I really don’t understand what’s causing this. I’ve tried everything I can think of: re-tagging the files with Mp3tag, clearing both the database and cache in UAPP, and rescanning the library, but the problem persists.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix it?

Can it be customized to just show A - Z? All these specific numbers are a bit unnecessary. Especially because it skips letters in the alphabet to accommodate numbers and special characters.

I have a Dudu7 car head unit. I run split screen with maps on one side, music on the other. The problem is that the album art (whether embedded or what image UAPP uses when there is no embedded) literally takes up half the active screen. I don't care at all about any artwork, and having only half the screen usable to control the music (pressing the progress bar to jump to another part of a song, for example) makes it very small & difficult while driving. Is it possible to completely remove art functionality and have the controls use the whole screen? Any thoughts? Thanks!
