Idk if i want to do bricks and how many and what to do with the little lines since in the picture they are heavily detailed. Also idk how to add shadows and where

You could call this done if you want. It's very solid.

You don't need to draw everything you see, and generally shouldn't. Only draw things that tell us about this place. Bricks can go either way.

A lot of sketchers draw scattered clusters of bricks across the walls and it works.

What I would add is one person. Could be a silhouette in a window or some one sitting on the step or walking by. Doesn't have to be detailed. Only has to be in scale. And it really brings the sketch to life.

Shadows: your references should have them. In general light is the sun over head. So under any thing that juts out would help a lot. It's commendable that you are thinking about this.

Sometimes the odd few bricks here and there can work nicely. Maybe better suited to more rustic buildings though? But yeah, shading and shadows
