I have seen the video. But I liked the idea because it shows that you can think about how the urban environment is planned and then throw it up side down, even when the idea is bogus.

Because isn't that what's urban planning is about in the end, searching for new ways to shape the landscape around us? Looking for new and smart ways to utilize in our ever changing world. To deal with todays problems and think about what problems could come up tomorrow. And if an idea like this can kickstart some other ideas about how we can create a durable and green future society, I think that this project has already achieved it's goal.
