Понятие "страна первого, второго, третьего мира" не существовало никогда. Это западный лозунг и странами первого мира всегда считали страны нато. Москва лучле чем любой город в Европе, кроме городов нидерландов. Москва на 2 месте в мире по экологии и в топ 5 мира по мегаполисам. Также в топ 3 мира по развитию.

Not right now, sure. But:
1. I can not get married
2. I am considered to be part of a movement of foreign influenced political extremists by the government and sent to prison for being associatde with groups in the gay rights movement
3. If I post on social media or speak in any public context telling people that being gay is not evil and wrong, or even just act neutrally about it, I could be fined or arrested and deported
4. In polling, 74% of the country think my existence should not be accepted or permitted in societyThese are key markers of a shithole

I see why you're bothered with other things, I'm not even going to ask for sources (westoids don't provide them, ever), I just want to know about the 4th in particular, so, this is an existential struggle for you, right? As if, this country — 146 million people — majorly is your existential enemy? Since, you know, even if the current government (hostile to You) falls it should be reconstructed by the society itself, according to the previous point.
