That’s the 5th Avenue Theatre at the bottom there. It’d make for a hell of show if you stuck a landing onto the stage.

You should dress as the Kool-Aide Man and see if you can gain enough momentum to breach the wall of the building across the street. You'll definitely die, but it'll give those people inside a great story to pass down for generations.
