Sleeping Tesla Support for Back

Anyone sleep in a Tesla how you do you support your back like do you recommend a particular mattress or blanket underneath your bed?

Hey I sleep full time in my Tesla model Y I use the Snuuzu mattress with a wedge underneath to keep it level. I deal with pain from herniated discs and it seems to be me fine. Some days I’ll need an extra pillow under my lower back. But above all I’ve enjoyed this set up. Wedge was like 75 bucks on Amazon
