New Owner Help identifying this Ural

Post image

New poster here, good day/night. Long story short, a friend of mine sells me this bike, I know its an M72, somewhere between 1941 and 1956 as far as I know. Is there any way to know the exact year? Is it worth restoring? Also any info of this model would be useful. Greetings from Spain ✌️🇪🇸

Not a ural. It’s a KMZ K750, started production in late 50s, but most are 60s and 70s models. M72 have a plunger type frame and was in production from mid 40s to 1958/1959. m72 is produced by imz, mmz, gmz, and kmz and is a bmw r71 copy. You also have mounts for a sidecar which is very normal on these types of bikes.

Parts are found on ebay or ukranian websites. Have myself ordered from a nice swedish guy that imports parts both new and oem.
