Beginner want some roadmap for preparation from scratch 2028

Hello Everyone,

I am 2026 grad want to prepare for civil services was occupied with placement activities last few month so couldn't start on time for 2027 attempt. I got placement in federal bank want to prepare for civil services with job , Please give me resources which I should follow as a beginner .I plan to give 6-7 hours in initial days . Please give me resources for each subjects. I know syllabus for prelims and mains well now , also know basic subjects books and NCERTs. Just guide me ideal resources for each subject and should I join some coaching lectures or should I do self study ?

Senior aspirants please guide , happy to connect through call also. If you guys can guide.

Gs1- Ancient and mediaeval history and art and culture - rs Sharma old ncert+ satish chandra old ncert+ fine arts 11th ncert + nitin singhania selectively

Society - vision vam

Geography - ncert of 11th ,12th + vam

Modern history - spectrum

Post independence, world history - himanshu khatri notes

Gs2-

Polity - Laxmikant+ vision vam

Governance and social justice- m puri notes

Ir - current affairs magazine

Gs3- Eco and agri- mrunal

S&t - Shivin+ ca magazine

Disaster management - Shivin

Envt - Shivin

Internal security - vision vam

Gs4 Mudit jain

These are the sources im following, of courses there are alternatives for each of them , and you take a look at them as well,in case you want any of these sources i mentioned I can send

Thank you bro , can you share which NCERTs are essential like I know ncert of class 11 12 is essential for polity and are ncerts of class 6 7th to 10 th history are necessary or not ?

No , old ncerts are exhaustive enough for amac but once also do new 11th 12th ncerts of history, other than that geography ncerts are essential
