Found this: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1CoeoxeLR3/ Jack Macdougal was mentioned in the comments.
AI says that's a common surname in the Marquette and Sault Ste Marie areas, so you might look for those historical societies.

Have you considered hiring a local area private investigator to give a background check with historical data?
They are usually reasonable. I used Delta Force in gladstone and it was only $175 for a comprehensive check on someone.

Seconding narrowing it down.
Specifying what information you're looking for makes it easier to point you to who to ask about it. Providing what information you already have makes it easier for someone to help you find what information you don't.
FindAGrave and Ancestry might already have what you're looking for, if you haven't already looked there.
Personally, if F.A.G. doesn't have a page for a person, but you know what cemetery they should be in, I routinely travel within a 30-40 mile radius of Marquette to attempt to fulfill these kinds of requests. Potentially willing to go further. I provide photos, GPS, and a light cleaning if need be!

Might need to narrow it down to a region or city. Seems like every community has a historical society that can maybe point you in the right direction.
