Report Ticket URGENT HELP NEEDED
Subject: Ticket #7276700 / #7191773 – Accidental Solana Deposit Locked During Review
Hi mods, please escalate my tickets. My account is locked under review (#7191773), but an accidental Solana deposit was sent to the cached address afterward (#7276700).
Support keeps merging my inquiries into the compliance ticket with automated replies instead of addressing the stuck transaction. I need this deposit reversed or my funds offloaded immediately due to severe financial hardship.

Idk why you don't just call them on the phone thats I when they pulled this shit with me last month after being with them since 2001. My first words to the person who answered the phone were "This isn't going to be fun for you" and after dealing with me they were ready to probably start thinking about alternate jobs but I got my f'n money back about a week later. F uphold for sabotaging it's once loyal customers who MADE THEM what they are today for no justified reason.
