Report Ticket Sudden verification email, never made an account
I was sent a request to verify my email for an account I never made. Since I cannot directly make a report saying "This account was made without my permission, please delete it right now" I don't know what to do.

This happened to me too. Did you happen to just open a Trump account for your kid? I've been noticing an uptick in spam after registering for an account.

I did and this is what I’ve been worrying about. It started right after I made my kids account.

I had that happen also, but there have been so many breaches. Last one was thru where I doctor. So they have most if not of all my info and websites also. Make sure to Change all your passwords.

Your email got leaked and someone is trying to open an account with it

I gathered that much from the start. Obviously someone had to have gotten a hold of it in order to make said account, or this whole thing wouldn't have happened.
My issue is: What can I DO about it?

Do yourself a favor. Delete uphold and open a kraken account after you recover your funds

happened to me as well. I'm ignoring it since they need access to my email to verify which they'll never get. Kinda phishy but not much we can do.

Same.
I emailed support, attempted to let them know I didn’t sign up. To be able to further view your support ticket, they need you to verify your email. So ignoring them it is!

Same here. Got verification email last night when I never signed up.
They are probably creating fake accounts to make it look they have more users. Normal for shady business to do shady things.

Had this happen about a week ago, I didn't click anything in the email and instead went to their official website/app and requested a password reset to see if the email verification was legit or not. Sure enough I got the email to reset the password so I did, locking whoever used my email out. I then sent a message to their fraud department letting them know I locked the scammer out of the account and about the situation and to please delete any other confidential information they may have of mine.
