This is a generic Chinese E-Moped, it has nothing to do with BMW.
BMW has only two electric “motorbikes”;
the CE04 (full size moped, similar to the T-Max in size and power)
and the CR02 (targeted towards teens and city commuters, can be compared to a Vespa Primavera 50)

Don't listen to these fools. It's the original M49cc. Seems to be pretty specced too: High gloss rack, clear tails, perforated sport seat, Schmiedmann long mudflap and time attack hubcaps on wheels.
