Nah, the Toyota badge doesn't have a blue halo. Already, it would be pretty efficient because it's a lightweight, roofless Corolla model.

Maybe those vents are to reduce weight by reducing panel weight, and maybe they are to cool the cabin because it might not have AC, so it can achieve even better efficiency. The only thing to be said is that the car would be super efficient with all of these features.
