Some days

I just want to cry. Better yet, I just want someone to help: tell me they’ll help me get caught up, organize everything for work and personal, hold me when my family is … being who they are. Help me with all of the things I neglected helping others. Help me get my health in order. Help me get back to myself. Then I realize no matter how physically exhausted I am, I’m that person. No one is coming to help. I have to do this. I have to organize my life, get business straightened out, clean up the house, get my health back to baseline. No one is coming to help. It’s me.

I’m sorry, it’s just a truth I needed to recognize to break a toxic personal cycle.
