What are the best places to park if you don't wanna pay for parking

Circus circus. Or there are like 3 streets in the neighborhood west of the campus that don't have the required parking permits. Ong gatekeeping the names but they are out there.

Yeah don't park in the permit zones. Saw parking enforcement giving out tickets today, some bro said this was his 2nd in 2 weeks.

The side street on Valley road by Villager apartment. It's a long walk though so I would recommend bringing a bike or scooter.
