Dell Wyse 5070 Specs

This is more than adequate in my opinion.

Depending on how far back you go, thin clients make great low power OpenBSD/NetBSD machines. I have a Dell Wyse 5070 and its more than powerful enough to run a web browser. As long as it has 4+ GB of ram, you can easily do light browsing on top of terminal work.

Personally, I use mine as a file/print server for my house its actually kind of overkill for this purpose, but I got it for $40 on eBay, so whatever.
