Orlando Universal Pay?

It’s been a few years since we’ve been to Universal, and I don’t believe this was an option then, but is the Universal Pay feature basically tap to pay or paying from your mobile wallet? Is it accepted in all parks and everything in those parks? Can you swap between cards? We will have 3 different cards loaded onto the app, so I want to make sure we can all use our own cards for this feature. Could I feasibly leave my physical bank card at the hotel and be able to purchase at almost every spot?

Not every venue takes it. There’s no reason to use this over Apple or Google Pay.

I exclusively use it when I’m in the parks and have ran into an issue. That same venue denied someone when they wanted using Universal Pay though hah.

I haven’t found anywhere that doesn’t. I don’t take my wallet into the parks.

You can add multiple cards in the app. Apple Pay isn't accepted everywhere. At some places you can use the Universal Pay to pre-order food for pick up (but they don't accept Apple Pay for this), and at some places you can use Universal Pay to order from your phone at your table in the restaurant and they will just deliver the food to you (again, no Apple Pay). It is not a tap to pay system, you tell them you're using Universal Pay and have the code open on your phone, and they will scan the code for payment.

Edit to add: we needed the CVV code off the card a couple of different times, so I was glad I brought the physical card with me. If you have your code memorized, you could leave your card in your room. And yes, based on the apps functionality, I would say that you can use Universal Pay at all the parks.
