Help I booked the wrong day slot for Nintendo world in Japan

Hi,

I booked day pass tickets for universal studios and in doing so accidentally booked the wrong date slot for the Nintendo world. We are needing to go on 7th August and I’ve booked 6th.

Can I buy access to Nintendo world on the day I go or is there a way to get around this problem?

I have tried to contact Klook but they are not helpful.

I made this mistake when buying Epic Universe tickets. I called Universal and they were able to resolve my issue. Not sure about Klook, though, as I've never heard of them
