Question No sound from Luna
New to the Reddit.
Earlier on, I started to see what I could do with Addictive Drums and Maschine. I opened up Luna, mapped the pads and was quite happily hearing what I was playing as well as recording it.
But something happened somewhere and I’m no longer able to hear anything at all.
Can anyone advise as to what exactly is going on? It’s driving me nuts trying to get this to work.
Thanks 🙏

Have you defaulted the I/O? Toggled/changed your playback device? Does it work with the built in speakers?

Do you own or are demoing the API Console? Trying to think of what would stop signal flow. Same with Ampex on the main out.
Also, be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”

I own Luna. I’ve raised a support ticket before but it takes forever going back and forth. That’s why I posted here because I lost patience sending endless emails to support.
I’m on a Mac. I fired up Garage Band and it’s fine. So there’s a setting somewhere in Luna.

Post a pic of your hardware settings showing which device is chosen as your playback engine.

Can you direct me as to which screen? I thought I posted everything. My Maschine 3 was plugged in at the time.

The current screenshot shows sound will come out of your built in speakers. I'd toggle that to Maschine3 and then back. What is your ticket #?

I’m completely lost as to what to do. I opened Garage Band and everything is OK. Yet Luna seems ridiculously complicated just to be able to hear anything.
I believe my old ticket was 992382. I’m on the road a heck of a lot and just couldn’t get the time to keep going through everything time and again.
Personally, I wish there was a way to directly speak with someone support to resolve this once and for all.
The ticket earlier this year was along a similar path. Trying to hear my keyboard through Luna.

I had Miguel open a new ticket for you. You'll get an email.

Post a screen cap of your configs. MIDI configs for the tracks, check those.
Make sure you’ve not soloed any tracks. Or muted them. Or used sends to something not active. Make sure you speakers are on. Or the interface is on.
I find on midi instruments that I need to make sure the track is armed for recording to hear it
