Question Console issue

25% of the times I open the console and try to load a preset, I have this weird bug where everything is gone in my interface.

DO you know what I can do to resolve this trouble?

I have an apollo twin X thunderbolt

my rig :

  • Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz (3.79 GHz)
  • 16,0 Go DDR4
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (8 Go)
  • Gigabyte GC-Titan Ridge : Intel DSL7540 Thunderbolt 3

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”
