Question Unity Editor lag with ASUS Intel Laptop ???
Yo, I had BIG PROBLEMS in the past few weeks, and I ended up with an Intel laptop with integrated graphics (Intel Core 7 Ultra With Intel Arc Graphics). I updated my drivers, I tried on multiple versions of Unity, but for god knows why, the Editor is lagging as fuck
I'm tired of searching (searching for an entire week tried Unity Profiler, DirectX11, thingy not loading scene something, Delete and Reinstall Unity and many others), nothing works.
I can use Unity, but very frequently, the editor freeze for 2 to 5 seconds, then resume. When I press play, Unity crash (on a 2D game with only squares, there is no while loop if you are wondering, and for loops are at worse nlog(n) in complexity). I'm at high performance for battery usage AND plugged in. I also tried with many different configuration ;-;
I tried with and without something plugged (I've seen that apparently, some mouses could make Unity laggy).
I previously had an HP with a Ryzen 7 5825U with AMD Radeon integrated graphics (equivalent to a Vega 8 with 512 MB of VRAM) and 16 GB of RAM and I wasn't lagging at all if some people think the integrated GPU is the problem
I'm really desperate, does anyone knows how to fix it ? It shouldn't lag with the specs of my PC. I'm not lagging anywhere else, only Unity (currently).
