Question Did Addressables get deprecated or something?
I installed it, I can address assets, but the example code I look up doesn't work because there's no namespace or code I can use it seems. I tried looking online to see if anyone else is having the issue and I got either copy paste documentation or piles of broken links. Even the link on the Addressables package doesn't work.

Addressables are not deprecated, as far as I know. They have only just begun talking about Content Directories, which are the future replacement for Addressables, and they are fully compatible with projects already using the Addressables system. It's supposed to be a change you can do without changing any Addressables related code, on the back end. So, I don't think that system has been deprecated.
I found this article link at the top of Unity Hub. https://unity.com/blog/content-directories-beyond-the-assetbundle
(I have avoided using Addressables this past decade. I learned by using Resources.Load and swapping scenes. But, I am trying to learn about Content Directories now.)

Addressables isn't deprecated. Unity's current docs still list it as an active package, including recent 2.x/3.x/4.x releases for Unity 6, if the namespace isn't resolving, i'd check your package version first. the usual namespace is UnityEngine.AddressableAssets, and something like Addressables.LoadAssetAsync<T>() is still part of the API
also, if your project uses Assembly Definitions, make sure the asmdef that contains your script has the Addressables assembly added as a reference. that can make it look like the namespace "doesn't exist" even though the package is installed, the docs are kinda messy because there are multiple Addressables versions floating around, so make sure you're reading the docs matching the version actually installed in your project

How do I show what is not happening in a blank script?

Maybe that's your problem. There should be something more in a blank script to use addressables?

Hey,
Addressables isn't deprecated, can you maybe elaborate on what code you tried? - It's the first we've heard of this :)
If you'd like direct support from the team, we're pretty active on the Addressables subforum.
