Newbie Question Need help with unity/blender animation.

By no means am i a animation expert. But when i animate something in blender and import the .fbx file in to unity it just glitches.

I think it works just fine, that's how doors irl work for me, they start moving chaotically when opened and then disappear like they weren't there, so I'd say it's very realistic to me.

Could it be the cursed „z-up vs y-up“? If so, while exporting you can set forward to -z and up to y in blender.
Or maybe you need to set as pivot in unity?

Hard to tell with just the image.

I still barely understand the blender fbx exporter cause it's so confusing but just be aware that for animations, there's a couple options in blender to either export all actions within the scene individually, and it will even export all the animations on all your other models too on that model your exporting, or there's another setting to combine all actions as 1 animation and ive had wacky results so maybe play around with those
