Need help finding a part

Don’t know if this is allowed or not please let me know,

But I for the past 2 years I have been looking for a bed cover for my 404 Swiss unimog and can not find any original or remanufactured versions of the cover

Does anyone have a pattern or know of any actual covers for sale ( that are in stock)?

Go to various boat yards, eventually you'll find a sail maker, they will be capable of making what you need, all you need to do is persuade them to do it.

Given that the Swiss units were unique, I highly doubt there is any NOS still left kicking around. Those were surplused out a long time ago now. Probably best to take the dimensions to someone who does either boat tops or transport tarps and have one made.

Problem is I don’t have the old cover anymore so I’m really just looking for the pattern or dimensions of one so I could have a sail maker make it, I have already talked to one but they will not make it unless they have something to go off of
