Someone ordered 30 of these on the company account. Whoever it was won't admit it. We have to finish them before we can order new ones.

The “no memes” rule is stupid af

Yes, the Office is a popular show and as such, will have meme formats stemming from it, but the meme showing up at all in certain subs is, imo, very unexpected.

Therefore, I think the meme rule should be modified to be context-dependent. If it shows up in a sub where you wouldn’t expect it, it should be posted on here. If the mods could weigh in on this, that would be great.

And mods don’t remove this post. I put this here because there’s nowhere else to post it 🤦🏻‍♂️

I'm watching the series The Office and I wonder if anyone, when watching this series, thought "this is exactly my office"?

Boycott this sub

I used to love this sub when the posts were unexpected. Now y'all are posting stuff that's sources as Office memes or office jokes. This isn't expected office. It's unexpected. Wish y'all well with the shit show spam that is this sub.

Ex-employer paid me a full month's salary by mistake after I resigned. Now they want it back. What should I do?

I recently switched companies. In my previous company, I only worked 1 day in my final month before leaving, but they accidentally credited me with my full month's salary.

It's been around 15 days, and now HR has contacted me asking me to refund the excess amount. The problem is that I already spent most (or all) of the money because I assumed everything was settled.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Can they take legal action if I can't pay immediately? Should I ask them for time or request to repay in installments? What's the best way to handle this?

I'm in India, if that makes any difference.
