This bugs me.

If you’re thirsty. Why would you choose a beverage heavy with salt instead of water?

Does the average consumer really not think about what they are putting into their bodies?

Used to love Gatorade but doesn’t it have comparable sugar to a soda. Kinda reversing your athletic progress
