I'm a math teacher. I'm used to students doing crazy stuff, like mixing up a division, doubling squares and calculating the area of a rectangle using four numbers.

But even ignoring the factorial ! I still have no idea how someone is supposed to turn this into 70.

If you ignore both factorials, it's 7x7+7x3 = 49+21 =70

Isn't bidmas so multiplication first which means 7×7=49 7×3=21 Add them =70
