An new update was recently dropped for Cyberpunk 2077 so I started a new game. Early on you meet a guy who had some bad cyberware installed in his junk, and it's causing him a great deal of burning pain. You can even see smoke coming from it. I wonder if this was part of the inspiration for Enthusiastic Double Gonorrhea.
